Nicolas Breteau, Group CEO, was granted awards over 768,883 TP ICAP shares under the Restricted Share Plan (RSP).
Nicolas Breteau, CEO of TP ICAP, acquired 21,000 shares in the company at a price of £1.4880 per share.
TP ICAP announces that it has launched a Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the “2021 SRSO Plan”) for all eligible employees.
