Jakub Zablocki completes $403M sale of XTB shares at 8.2% discount. Jakub Zablocki has sold 9,405,540 XTB shares to a group of institutional investors, at a price of PLN 160 per share – an 8.2% discount to XTB’s Wednesday closing price of PLN 174.30. The 8.2% discount is fairly in line with similar discounts Mr. Zablocki has taken in previous block sales of his XTB shares. He and XX ZW Investment Group SA have agreed to a one year (360 day) lock-up agreement, during which time he cannot sell any more XTB shares.
Exclusive: CFDs broker GODO gets CySEC, FSCA licenses, UAE CMA pending. FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Dubai based offshore CFDs broker GODO has “come onshore” in a big way, adding several regulatory licenses in key locations over the past several weeks. The company is planning a major expansion internationally beyond its traditional Arabic and Persian speaking and Far East markets, as a multi-regulated financial services group.

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that another offshore CFDs broker has begun to operate, called Noemon Global (at website noemon.global). Domiciled in Mauritius but operated from Cyprus, Noemon is run by CEO Marios Morfakis. Marios was most recently Chief Sales Officer for another Cyprus-run offshore broker, TenTrade.
Saxo Bank bounces back with best ever 6-month period in H1 2026, Profit tops $100M. The new ownership should be pleased. Copenhagen based Retail FX and CFDs broker Saxo Bank has released its best-ever set of results for the first half of 2026, with the company reporting Revenues of DKK 2.803 billion (USD $436 million) and Net Profit of DKK 648 million ($101 million), both records for the company for a six month period. And the results come after a somewhat disappointing H2 2025, which saw Saxo post a decrease in Revenues and a slight Net Loss.
XTB shares drop 5% after $5M fine upheld, as it joins the STOXX Europe 600 index. It is an interesting day for Poland based online broker XTB, as the company announced its inclusion in the STOXX Europe 600 index. However XTB shares have largely ignored the positive news. The reason – an announcement from Polish financial regulator Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego (KNF), that it is upholding an earlier announced PLN 20 million (USD $5.4 million) fine against XTB.
