International derivatives marketplace CME Group has published a notice of disciplinary action against Logista Advisors LLC.

The lawsuit brought by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) against Logista Advisors LLC and Andrew Harris Serotta has come to an end.

The CFTC has filed an amended complaint against Logista Advisors LLC and its chief executive officer, Andrew Harris Serotta.
