Exclusive: Alpian launches as “first Swiss digital private bank”. FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that the European neobank / neobroker market just got a little more crowded, with a new entrant called Alpian going live today, following nearly three years of behind-the-scenes preparation. Geneva based Alpian SA calls itself “the first Swiss digital private bank”, designed to cater specifically to the needs of the mass affluent client segment. Its mobile-first digital service, which combines everyday and private banking, is now available for download on the Apple and Google Play app stores.
MetaQuotes releases new web terminal for MT5. Trading technology developer MetaQuotes has announced that it has released a completely new web terminal for its popular MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. The web terminal enables trading from any web browser as it works in all operating systems without extra software installations. Interestingly, MetaQuotes made no mention of the MT4 App Store ban (also MT5) effected by Apple in late September, and remains silent on the subject overall.
M4Markets buys Axiance operator ICC Intercertus and its CySEC license. Retail FX and CFDs broker M4Markets has announced that it has “come onshore”, by acquiring CySEC licensed company ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, which it has renamed Harindale Ltd. ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd until now operated the Axiance brokerage brand, which was rebranded from EverFX in 2021. It appears as now Axiance has gone offshore, with the axiance.com website being operated by a Seychelles company called Aerarium Limited. Axiance CEO Panikos Teklos will be joining M4Markets, Group CEO.
