FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that experienced FX and CFDs industry executive Hayel Abu-Hamdan has joined INFINOX, as the company’s new Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Hayel Abu-Hamdan spent 14 years from 2010-2024 at online broker Hantec Markets, in both London and Dubai, where he had served at various times as both COO and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He also helped set up the group’s institutional services arm Hantec Prime. In 2024 Hayel joined HFM in Dubai as CCO, but he left HFM late last year.

INFINOX has been going through a series of management changes, following the acquisition of INFINOX in 2024 by an investor group led by former StoneX executive Marc Joppeck, and the 2025 acquisition by the same group of online broker Skilling. Earlier this month INFINOX CEO Lee Holmes stepped down, to run the group’s IXO Prime B2B business.

We’d note that INFINOX also recently hired another HFM alum in Dubai, Tiago da Costa Cardoso, as Commercial Director.
