ASIC bans JB Markets director from providing financial services for eight years

ASIC has banned Peter Aardoom from providing financial services and controlling an entity that carries on a financial services business.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence of JB Markets Pty Ltd.

ASIC has suspended the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of JB Markets Pty Ltd until 30 April 2024.
