Court orders Binance Australia Derivatives ordered to pay $10M penalty

The Australian Federal Court has ordered Oztures Trading Pty Ltd (trading as Binance Australia Derivatives) to pay a $10 million pecuniary penalty.

It will remain possible to lodge a complaint with AFCA in relation to Binance until AFCA cancels its membership.

ASIC today cancelled the Australian financial services licence held by Oztures Trading Pty Ltd trading as Binance.
