The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) has determined it will discontinue proceedings against the former CFO of Big Un Limited following a hung jury.
ASIC alleges that Andrew Scott Corner was in possession of inside information when he procured two private companies to sell 1.7 million Big Un shares.
