etoro buys US focused online broker TradeZero for $231M. Israel based online broker etoro Group Ltd (NASDAQ:ETOR) has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire TradeZero, a US-focused online brokerage serving active traders. TradeZero generated approximately $80 million in revenue with 81% gross margins in the last twelve months – meaning that etoro is paying just under 3x revenues for TradeZero.
Swissquote shares drop 12% following H1 2026 revenue and profit decline, lowered guidance. Following a record second half of the year in 2025, Switzerland based online trading and banking provider Swissquote Group Holding SA (SWX:SQN) had a fairly solid first-six-months of 2026, although rising costs hit the company’s bottom line amid what Swissquote described as “macroeconomic headwinds”. Swissquote also lowered its guidance somewhat for full year 2026 results.
eToro shares drop 10% as Revenues fall 11% in Q2 2026 to $229 million. On a day when etoro announced a fairly important acquisition of TradeZero giving it a stronger foothold in the US online brokerage market, it also released its Q2 2026 financial results, showing a slowing of activity and a drop in profitability. etoro’s results also sit in contrast to those of rival neobroker Robinhood, which reported record revenues in Q2 2026 even as crypto trading related activity declined.
JT Markets launches Trader Profile Index to help brokers decide A-book vs B-book. JT Markets, the retail and institutional broker services firm established by former iS Prime (now iSAM Securities) co-founder Jonathan Brewer, has announced the launch of the Trader Profile Index (TPI). TPI is a proprietary flow-scoring system designed to give brokers a clear, data-driven answer to one of the industry’s oldest questions: which clients should be warehoused, and which should be hedged.
Match-Trader introduces AI Skills for easy Broker/CRM API integration. Integrating broker systems with Match-Trader’s API – a CRM, a sales panel, or an executive dashboard – tends to be time-intensive. Even when the requirements are clear, delivery slows down because of the process mechanics: reading documentation endpoint by endpoint, handling authentication, mapping fields, and testing each request separately. The result is predictable, with even simple integrations turning into multi-week efforts before the first usable output is delivered. Match-Trader’s AI Skills for Broker API and CRM API are designed to remove that friction.
