Stefan Qin will have to identify the location and value of all assets held by him, Virgil Sigma Fund, LP or VQR Multistrategy Fund LP.
The SEC has brought fraud charges against 23-year old Stefan Qin, who controls the Virgil Sigma Fund LP and the VQR Multistrategy Fund LP.
