Velox Clearing LLC has agreed to pay a fine of $1.3 million as a part of a settlement with FINRA.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today announced settled charges against California-based registered broker-dealer Velox Clearing LLC.

Velox Clearing LLC has agreed to pay a fine of $500,000 as a part of a settlement with the Nasdaq Enforcement Department.
