The ban from the financial services industry imposed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on Crispin Odey has been upheld by the Upper Tribunal.
The ban from the financial services industry imposed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on Crispin Odey has been upheld by the Upper Tribunal.
The FCA has decided to fine Crispin Odey of Odey Asset Management LLP £1.8m and ban him from the UK financial services industry.
Odey Asset Management, including Brook Asset Management and Odey Wealth, will be closing.
The purchase has been conducted separately from Plus500’s $70M share buyback program, which will continue as planned.
