eToro issues statement on settlement with SEC

Online broker eToro has issued a statement on its settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

eToro USA LLC has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle charges that it operated an unregistered broker and unregistered clearing agency.
