eToro Head of US Andrew McCormick departs
Andrew McCormick, Head of eToro US, has announced that he is leaving the online broker.
Andrew McCormick first joined eToro (NASDAQ:ETOR) in early 2022 as US Senior Counsel in New York, and was promoted to Head of eToro US in mid 2024. Prior to his time at eToro, Andrew served as Vice President, Regulatory Enforcement and Litigation Counsel at Morgan Stanley, handling retail-focused regulatory investigations after Morgan Stanley acquired retail online broker E*TRADE. Andrew was previously Director, Associate General Counsel at E*TRADE.
Andrew posted the following note on LinkedIn announcing his departure from eToro.
What a ride, eToro!
My time here has come to an end but I’ll forever be thankful for an unforgettable adventure. The work was challenging, but I was blessed to have spent the past 4.5 years with a team full of passion, integrity, and kindness. I am grateful for the lessons learned, the work we did to help investors, the constant laughter, and the magnificent people I met along the journey.
I’m excited to start a new adventure soon but I’m so thankful for my time at eToro as well as the cherished experiences I had at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley and Eversheds Sutherland in prior chapters. 💚
