EQONEX confirms receipt of Nasdaq delisting notice, suspension of trading

Digital asset services provider EQONEX says trading in its securities will be suspended at the opening of business on November 30, 2022.

EQONEX will proactively exit the crowded crypto exchange space by closing the Exchange.

The FCA is aware of Binance Group confirming that an entity called Bifinity will advance a $36 million convertible loan to EQONEX.
