Anna Manz to step down as CFO of LSEG

Anna Manz, LSEG Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board that she has decided to step down from her role as CFO.

Anna Manz, Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of LSEG, will join the Board of AstraZeneca PLC.

The conditional award to Anna Manz comprises 2,900 shares with a face value of £226,374, representing 50% of a forfeited bonus.

Newly appointed London Stock Exchange Group CFO Anna Manz was granted awards over shares in the company.
