OANDA Japan resolves issues affecting CFD trading
Online trading company OANDA Japan confirms that it has resolved the tech issues plaguing CFD trading this morning.
In a notice on its website, the broker explains that for about an hour this morning (from 10:27 to 11:18 local time) CFD rate update was not possible and trading was not possible. The normal service has now been restored.
The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused to its customers.
Let’s recall that, earlier in April, OANDA Japan reported tech issues that plagued the normal operations of the MT4 platform and the web and mobile versions of the fxTrade platform.
On April 1, 2021, the broker confirmed that a problem with the display of thee order book on MT4 and fxTrade was detected on March 30, 2021. The normal service was restored in the morning of March 31, 2021, but as of 1:30 pm that day, the problem occurred again.
The department in charge took care of this matter, and on April 1, 2021, OANDA Japan confirmed that the issue is solved and the platforms operate normally.
