FSCS starts accepting customer claims against London Court Ltd
The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is now open to claims from customers of London Court Ltd.
Although FSCS is accepting claims against London Court, they will not be immediately passed to the claims processing teams for assessment. This is because FSCS will be investigating the firm to see if any claims meet the qualifying conditions for compensation, and this may take some time.
FSCS anticipates this will be a complex investigation and it anticipates working very closely with the Joint Liquidators.
If you feel you have a potential compensation claim against London Court, you can now bring that matter to FSCS using its online claim service.
It’s free to make a claim with FSCS and you don’t need to use a representative or a solicitor. If you claim directly with FSCS, you will receive 100% of any compensation.
