FSCS now open to claims from Bullseye Financial customers
The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is now open to claims from Bullseye Financial customers.
If you believe you have a potential compensation claim against Bullseye, you can apply using FSCS’s online claim service.
FSCS is aware that some customers who invested with Bullseye did so following advice from HDH. If you believe you may also have a claim against HDH, please submit a separate claim using this page.
Although FSCS is accepting claims against Bullseye, they will not be immediately passed to its claims processing teams for assessment. FSCS is currently investigating the firm to determine whether claims meet the qualifying conditions for compensation, and this may take some time. FSCS is working closely with the FCA.
Bullseye has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since May 2021.
Bullseye was an investment management firm that provided discretionary investment management services to its direct clients and execution-only dealing services to clients advised by HDH Investment Services (HDH).
Bullseye entered into administration on 23 October 2026. Robert Young of Azets Holdings Ltd and Matthew Haw of RSM UK Consulting were appointed as joint administrators.
