The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed today that, on 23 October 2026, Bullseye Financial Ltd entered administration.

Robert Young of Azets Holdings Limited and Matthew Haw of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed as joint administrators.

The joint administrators are responsible for managing the affairs of the firm during the administration process.

Bullseye Financial is authorised by the FCA. It served only professional investors, either managing investment portfolios for them within agreed limits or carrying out their instructions to buy or sell investments without giving investment advice.

On 11 March 2026, Bullseye Financial agreed to a voluntary requirement to stop carrying out any regulated activity.
