Spotware’s standalone fixed-price liquidity bridge cBridge has partnered with Finmatek, a regulatory technology and compliance solutions provider, to help brokers handle compliance requirements with less manual work and better visibility.

The partnership combines cBridge’s liquidity and execution infrastructure with Finmatek’s regulatory expertise. cBridge gives brokers centralised control over liquidity providers, price aggregation, order routing, exposure and execution across multiple trading platforms, bringing trading data into one place. Finmatek can then process this data for validation and regulatory submissions, cutting the work and risk involved in the process.

Finmatek’s approach is shaped around each client’s compliance needs, business model, transaction volumes and internal processes. The company processes and validates transaction data for reporting under MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, CRS, FATCA and other frameworks.
