FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that leading broker technology provider Spotware Systems is getting set to launch a new business line and brand, called cFinancial. The cFinancial website (at cfinancial.com) is already live, and we understand that they have already started offering it privately to selected brokers.  

cFinancial is an institutional liquidity provider for brokers and prop firms, which claims to provide executable pricing. The website states that the company is regulated by the Seychelles FSA under license No. SD169.

The move marks a continued expansion by Spotware into becoming a full-suite tech and service provider to brokers, after being initially known as “the cTrader company”. Earlier this year Spotware launched cBridge, a platform-agnostic liquidity bridge.

While Spotware is already starting to market cFinancial to potential broker and prop firm clients (as well as to hedge funds and family offices), with a focus on tailored liquidity configuration and helping brokers improve execution quality, we also understand that Spotware plans to be aggressive in pricing cFinancial, in what is becoming an increasingly competitive liquidity-provider market.

On the pricing front, FNG received a copy of recent correspondence between a Spotware rep and a client about the new service, and how it will be priced.

Given our discussions, I wanted you to see this before we start sharing the commercial terms more broadly.

We’re going out with raw spreads, but the bigger difference is on commission.

Normally, the level we’ve agreed would only be available to brokers doing $10bn+ in monthly volume. We’ve decided not to use that tiering structure.

From the first trade, the commission will be $4 per million. So you effectively start on the same pricing tier that would normally require 10+ yards of volume.
