TP ICAP Group plc (LON:TCAP) announced today that Tracy Clarke and Mark Hemsley, Independent Non-executive Directors, will stand down as Directors of the company with effect from 30 June 2026.

Commenting on their future departure, Richard Berliand, Chair of TP ICAP Group, said:

The company also announced the appointment of Jane Guyett and Paul Newman as Independent Non-executive Directors.

Jane Guyett’s appointment will be effective from 1 July 2026 and Paul Newman’s appointment effective from 1 August 2026. On joining the Board Jane Guyett will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and join the Audit Committee. Paul Newman will join the Risk Committee and be the EMEA Workforce Engagement Director. Both Jane Guyett and Paul Newman will join the Nominations & Governance Committee.

Jane Guyett is currently the Senior Independent Director at Hiscox Group, a Non-Executive Director at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society (‘Royal London’) and BDO LLP. She Chairs the Remuneration Committees for Hiscox and Royal London and the Risk Oversight Committee at BDO. The majority of her executive career was spent at Bank of America, where she served in leadership roles including COO for Global Markets EMEA & Asia.

Paul Newman brings over 40 years of experience in capital markets, wholesale broking, and commodity derivatives. He spent more than 25 years at ICAP plc, where he founded the firm’s commodities arm in 1990 and served as Executive Managing Director, and subsequently Chair of ICAP Energy until 2016, and as Chair of ICAP Shipping from 2008 to 2014. He was a director at NEX Group plc from 2016 until its acquisition by CME Group in 2018.
