London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) today announced that Amit Zavery will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2026.

He will also join the Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Amit Zavery is President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Zavery was vice president, general manager, and head of platform for Google Cloud, where he was responsible for defining product strategy, running engineering, streamlining business operations, and building the business application platform business.

Before Google, Zavery served as executive vice president and corporate officer of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Middleware products.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University.
