FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that newly launched, MENA focused Retail FX and CFDs broker Daman Markets has continued a recent senior executive hiring spree, adding Meenaz Sayyed as Vice President of Sales.

Meenaz Sayyed joins Daman Markets from leading UK based online broker IG Group, where she was an Account Executive for IG MENA, out of IG’s Dubai office. She had also previously worked at Exuberance Wealth Management, Century Financial, HSBC, and JP Morgan.

We had previously reported that Daman Markets hired former Advanced Markets executive Omar Qaryouti as COO, and Samer Fakhridin (ex ICM.com) as Head of Trade Operations and Support.

Daman Markets, based in Dubai, was launched as a new UAE/GCC focused MT5 CFDs broker in 2023, spun out of UAE based financial services company Daman Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Daman Investments, which is part of UAE business conglomerate Gargash Group. Daman Markets is run by former Advanced Markets executive Samer Mourched.
