Beeks secures $4M of Exchange Cloud contract extensions in Q1 FY27
Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (LON:BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, today provided an update on Q1 commercial momentum and forthcoming product launches, alongside its full year results announced today.
Beeks secured circa $4 million of Exchange Cloud contract extensions in Q1 FY27, reflecting growing demand from existing customers and continued delivery of its land and expand strategy. This is in addition to the previously announced Stock Exchange of Thailand win in Q1 FY27, bringing the total number of Exchange Cloud® customers to eight.
Beeks is preparing to launch two new offerings in Q3 FY27, broadening its addressable market and creating further opportunities to grow customer relationships.
Beeks’ Global Network will provide protected internet access and private connectivity between major financial centres through DDoS-Protected Internet and SRv6 Private Transports. The offering will enable Beeks to capture more of its existing customers’ connectivity spend, increasing recurring revenue potential. Available independently of Beeks’ hosting services, it will also open a new market of standalone network customers, with opportunities to introduce them to the Group’s wider cloud infrastructure and analytics offerings.
Beeks has made a strategic minority investment in OmniPhi and partnered with the business to deliver its AI trading technology on Beeks infrastructure. Deployed in colocation facilities or on customers’ premises, the offering will enable financial institutions to adopt AI while retaining control of sensitive market data and trading strategies. For Beeks, this creates an additional opportunity to supply the specialist infrastructure supporting AI adoption, increasing potential spend from existing customers and providing a further route to win new financial institutions.
The Group continues to progress a strong pipeline across Private Cloud, Proximity Cloud®, Exchange Cloud® and Market Edge Intelligence®, with opportunities to secure new customers and expand existing relationships.
Gordon McArthur, CEO of Beeks, commented:
“We have made a strong start to FY27, in what is typically our quietest quarter, with around $4m of Exchange Cloud® extensions showing how much scope there is to grow within the existing customer base across our offerings, alongside a continued pipeline of new customer opportunities.
“We are not standing still on product development, and our ongoing commitment to innovation continues to drive major pipeline expansion. Our network launch and partnership with OmniPhi directly address needs we see in our conversations with financial institutions, and give us more ways to win new business.
“There is a lot for us to go after, with a strong pipeline across our offerings. Our focus is firmly on execution: turning that demand into signed contracts, growing our recurring revenue base and making the most of the investment we have put into our technology and infrastructure.”
