FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Dubai based CFDs broker UEXO has continued a recent hiring spree, adding experienced industry executive Zena Alqadri as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Zena Alqadri joins UEXO after serving for the past two years as COO MENA for brokerage group CXM. Prior to her time at CXM, Zena was Head of Client Support & Onboarding at MultiBank Group (2021-2024). She has also previously worked at Equiti Group, FX Stat, and OneTrade.

UEXO was founded in 2023 by Australian entrepreneurs (and husband-and-wife team) Louis Detata and Tamica Sharon. After starting off as an offshore (Mauritius) broker, the group added a UAE CMA Category Five (Introduction and Promotion) license in 2025, as well as a South Africa FSCA license for group company Wealthlink Pty Ltd.

Other executives who have been recruited to UEXO over the past number of months include:

Roxane El Mawla, CEO. Roxane was recruited to UEXO as CEO at the beginning of 2026, after working at MultiBank for seven years, ending her tenure at MultiBank as Regional Head of Sales MENA.

Mazen Abu Ghazaleh, Chief Growth & Acquisition Officer. Mazen joined UEXO in late 2025, after working as Head of Marketing MENA for NAGA.com.

Wissam Chehade, Chief Brand and Communications Officer. Wissam joined UEXO in late 2025 from BitDelta, where he was Head of Marketing.

Oscar Garcia, Head of LATAM. Oscar came to UEXO in June 2026, also from MultiBank, where he worked for the past three years focused on LATAM client sales.

Sophie Squillacioti, Head of Asia. Sophie joined UEXO late last year from MultiBank, where she was Head of China. However we understand that she has since left the company.
