Global multi-asset financial services firm CMC Markets has expanded 24/5 US share trading to its CMC Invest platform, giving UK clients greater flexibility over when and how they access US markets.

Extended access enables investors to respond to company news, earnings announcements and market developments beyond the traditional US trading session.

The expansion combines 24/5 market access with fractional investing, allowing clients to choose both when and how much they invest. Fractional shares support all available order types, including market orders, during extended and overnight sessions, with investing available at 0% commission (other charges apply).

The launch builds on CMC Markets’ continued investment in its multi-asset proposition, bringing greater flexibility and functionality to retail investors while supporting a more connected trading and investing experience across the business.
