Exclusive: XTB’s Jakub Zablocki completes $64.5 million share sale

Following the sale, Jakub Zablocki’s XX ZW Investment Group will continue to hold 71.63 million XTB shares, worth about $675 million.
XTB shares closed Thursday at zł 39.94 – a new all-time closing high – giving XTB a market capitalization of USD $1.13 billion.
XTB’s trading volumes in Q1 2023 averaged $199 billion monthly, up slightly from the $188 billion that XTB averaged in 2022.
XTB had its best-ever year in 2022 with Revenues of PLN 1,444 million ($328 million) and Net Profit of PLN 765 million ($174 million).
However overall, XTB had its most successful and profitable year ever in 2022.
This latest marks the third Germany-focused executive to leave Admirals for XTB in as many months.
At PLN 26.02 per share, XTB now has a market cap of $645 million.
Driving the growth in financial success was another strong quarter of client CFD trading volumes at XTB, $180 billion monthly during Q3-2022.
Lisa Kreller joins XTB from Admirals, where she worked in senior marketing positions for the past five years.
