HK regulator bans former responsible officer of Tarascon Capital Management for 15 years

The SFC of Hong Kong has prohibited Mr Jonathan Dominic Iu Wai Ching from re-entering the industry for 15 years.

The MMT has ordered Jonathan Dominic Iu Wai Ching, a former responsible officer of Tarascon, to disgorge illicit profit of over $5.6 million.

The SFC has commenced proceedings in the Market Misconduct Tribunal against Jonathan Dominic Iu Wai Ching, a responsible officer of Tarascon.
