Hargreaves Lansdown plc confirms that Moni Mannings, a Non-Executive Director of HL, has been appointed to the Board of Land Securities Group.

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC (LON:HL) has just posted the results of the annual general meeting held earlier today.

Moni Mannings, Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, will join the Board of Cazoo Limited.

As at 17 August 2020 Andrea Blance and Moni Mannings confirmed that neither own shares in Hargreaves Lansdown plc.
