UK direct-to-investor investment and online trading firm Hargreaves Lansdown PLC (LON:HL) today announces that it has been notified that Moni Mannings, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, is to join the Board of Cazoo Limited (NYSE:AJAX).

Ms Mannings will join Cazoo as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee following its forthcoming transaction closing and associated listing on the NYSE in Q3 2021.

Moni Mannings qualified as a solicitor with a strong background in international banking and finance and was a Senior Partner and Board member of law firm Olswang LLP. She has held a number of non-executive positions including as a Board member of Dairy Crest Group plc, Polypipe Group plc, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (chairing its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee) and Cranfield University.

As Ms Mannings continues to evolve her non-executive Board positions, she is currently Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Investec Bank plc, a non-executive director of easyJet plc and also serves as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of AIM-quoted Breedon Group plc.
