Finseta obtains Category 3D licence from Dubai Financial Services Authority

Finseta plc (LON:FIN), a foreign exchange and payments solutions company, has been granted a Category 3D licence from the DFSA.

Finseta plc (LON:FIN) today posted its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 (H1 2024).

Finseta plc (formerly known as Cornerstone FS) reported increases in Revenues, EBITDA, and active customers during the first half of 2024.

In accordance with the terms of the share purchase agreement, Finseta has now received £150,000 in cash in consideration for Capital Currencies.

The name change of Cornerstone FS plc to Finseta plc has become effective, the company announced today.
