FSCS provides update to clients of Dolfin Financial (UK) Ltd

The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has provided an update to the clients of Dolfin Financial (UK) Ltd.

FSCS says it is still in the early stages of investigating whether it would accept claims for compensation from Dolfin clients.

The Court appointed Adam Stephens and Kevin Ley, of Smith & Williamson LLP, as Joint Special Administrators of Dolfin Financial (UK) Ltd.

The FCA imposed restrictions on Dolfin Financial (UK) Ltd due to concerns about the way it conducts its business.
