Darren Pope to step down from his role as Non-Exec Director of Virgin Money UK

Darren Pope, Non-Executive Director of HL, will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of Virgin Money UK plc.

Virgin Money announces the appointment of Lucinda Charles-Jones as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 22 January 2024.

Darren Pope will remain on the Virgin Money Board and will continue to Chair the Remuneration Committee.
