Amy Stirling to step down as Hargreaves Lansdown CFO

Amy Stirling, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hargreaves Lansdown has informed the Board of her decision to step down from her role.

Amy Stirling, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of HL, has been appointed to the Board of Next plc.

Hargreaves Lansdown CFO Amy Stirling buys 9,126 shares in the company for a total sum of £99,420.85.

Amy Stirling will also join the Board of Hargreaves Lansdown as an Executive Director.
