The 2025 year was also the bank’s first under CEO Mike Kirsopp, a longtime Lloyds commercial banking executive.
Despite the drop in Revenues and large loss, ActivTrades paid out a fairly hefty dividend of £11 million in 2023 to its shareholders.
StreamBank evolved from the bridging loans business that sat within Retail FX and CFDs broker ActivTrades Plc.
.ActivTrades has diverted a significant amount of capital into StreamBank, a new UK online bank launched by Alex Pusco.
ActivTrades said that it has also seen an influx of new clients as well as a noticeable increase in trading volumes from existing clients.
