Euronext launches offering of bonds due 2032

European capital market infrastructure Euronext announced today the launch of an offering of senior unsecured bonds due 2032.

The integration of Admincontrol accelerates Euronext Corporate Solutions development in the Nordics and scales up Euronext’s SaaS offering.

Euronext has entered into a definitive agreement with Visma to acquire 100% of Admincontrol, a provider of SaaS solutions in the Nordics.
