Tixee launches as new CySEC licensed Retail FX/CFDs broker. FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that a new Retail FX and CFDs broker is launching from Cyprus, called Tixee. The Tixee brand is operated by GVD Korimcy Ltd, a Cyprus corporation which was established in 2020, and received a CySEC CIF license in February 2022. For the EU the company is using website tixee.eu. Tixee also established an offshore arm in Seychelles, Pipbull Ltd, which operates website tixee.com. A sister company was also set up in South Africa, GVT KORIMZA (PTY) LTD, and it received a Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa FSP license.
Talos raises $105 million for institutional crypto platform. Institutional digital asset trading technology provider Talos has announced the closing of a $105 million Series B funding round, that values the company at $1.25 billion. The round was led by global growth equity firm General Atlantic with participation from veteran investors in both the traditional finance and digital asset spaces. New investors including Stripes, BNY Mellon, Citi, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, DRW, SCB 10x, Matrix Capital Management, Fin VC and Voyager Digital, Graticule Asset Management Asia (GAMA) and LeadBlock Partners joined the round.
Exness trading volumes for April 2022 top $2.1 trillion. Leading multi-asset broker Exness continued its very strong start to the year, with the company reporting client trading volumes of $2.105 trillion for April 2022. April’s volumes were 15% below March’s record of $2.48 trillion at Exness, but still registered as the second best month in the company’s history – and only the second time any Retail FX and CFDs broker topped the $2 trillion mark.
Devexperts delivers SaaS trading platform to WH SelfInvest’s Freestoxx. Trading platforms provider Devexperts has announced that it has delivered a SaaS trading platform to Freestoxx, a commission-free service for trading US stocks. Freestoxx is owned by WH SelfInvest, a regulated broker that has served traders in the EU and Switzerland since 1998. Freestoxx (at website freestoxx.com) offers traders a cross-platform service available on the web and as a mobile app. It is a white-labeled version of DXtrade, a flagship multi-asset trading platform developed by Devexperts.
