ATFX expands in LATAM with authorization for rep office in Colombia
Chinese Retail FX and CFDs broker ATFX has announced that it has secured authorization from the Financial Superintendence of Colombia to establish and operate its Representative Office in Colombia under Resolution No. 2065, dated November 14, 2025. The company said that this strategic milestone strengthens ATFX’s presence across Latin America (LATAM) under the company name AT Global Markets Intl Ltd, and reaffirms its commitment to the highest regulatory, transparency, and investor protection standards.

ATFX has been active in the LATAM region in recent years, recently opening a base in Mexico, and also maintaining satellite offices in Ecuador and Uruguay. The company also boosted its presence in the region, by recently becoming Official Regional Sponsor of the Argentine Football Association ahead of this year’s FIFA World Cup.

With this authorization, ATFX’s Representative Office will operate under the supervision and oversight of the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, the entity responsible for ensuring the supervision, integrity, and trustworthiness of the Colombian financial system.
