The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced the withdrawal of the the Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation with Number 416/22 of R.I.A.L Raising Investment Advisory Ltd.

The decision, which was made at a CySEC meeting held on 14 May 2026, is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05.

CySEC notes the firm’s decision to expressly renounce its license.

The firm, which was granted its CIF authorization in September 2022, operates via the www.rialcy.com website.
