CySEC withdraws CIF authorisation of Neo Premium Investments
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the CIF authorisation of Neo Premium Investments (NPI) Ltd .
The decision, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, was made at a CySEC meeting held on October 23, 2023.
The license withdrawal reflects the company’s decision to expressly renounce its Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorization.
Neo Premium Investments was previously known as Concorde Investments (Cyprus) Ltd. Prior to that, it operated as Skopalino Finance Ltd.
The company has operated via the domains www.concordeinvestments.com and www.brokereo.com.
