CySEC warns public against dealing with 17 unauthorized investment websites
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today issued a warning to the public regarding 17 websites belonging to unauthorized investment entities.
The websites targeted by the warning are:
- solartecna.com
- lucrativeedges.com
- optramarket.com, harvestsphereonline.com
- pehjosf.com
- weekend-fx.com
- irafloxi.com
- evpmarketgroup.com
- aintelligence24.com
- wrc1.com, wrpro.com
- primeinvests.eu
- fxmaple.com
- fxmarketstrade.com
- derivinvestments.com
- 24yield.com
- xmarketcoin.com
CySEC notes that the above-mentioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
The regulator advises investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to ascertain the entities, which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
