Cypriot regulator withdraws CIF license of VM Vita Markets
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced the withdrawal of the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) authorization of VM Vita Markets Ltd.
The decision for the license withdrawal, announced by the regulator earlier this week, was made at a CySEC meeting held on December 1, 2025.
The withdrawal, which is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05, is due to the company’s decision to expressly renounce its CIF license.
The firm operates via the following domain: https://vita-markets.com.
Vita Markets’ CIF license was granted on January 28, 2019.
