AFCA pauses progress of all complaints against Dixon Advisory
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) has been advised that Dixon Advisory and Superannuation Services Pty Limited has been placed into Voluntary Administration.
As a result, AFCA has paused progress of all complaints against Dixon.
This is in line with AFCA’s policy for the handling of complaints involving insolvent firms, including those in Voluntary Administration. AFCA will review the pause on complaints against Dixon when the outcome of the administration process is known.
Dixon continues to be a member of AFCA. New complaints can still be lodged with AFCA against Dixon. The body will register new complaints, but those complaints will also be paused and the pause reviewed when the outcome of the administration process is known.
