eToro continues to experience issues with Android app
Online broker eToro has just confirmed ongoing issues with its app for Android devices. The broker says that some users are unable to arrive at certain asset pages and charts.
This issue could also affect iOS users using a version of the eToro app that is lower than 487.0.1. For iOS users, simply update the eToro app to the latest version, and you should be good.
eToro says there is a fix coming for Android app users too. While eToro’s product team continues working on a fix, there are three workarounds for traders in the meantime:
- They can can log in via desktop.
- On the app – search for the desired asset name on the discovery page and click on ‘Trade’. You will be redirected to the trade window and bypass the asset page.
- Traders can also log in to the platform via a browser on their phone.
The company apologizes for the inconvenience this problem causes and appreciates its clients’ understanding.
