CQG releases new version of desktop platform
CQG, a leading global provider of high-performance technology solutions for traders, brokers, commercial hedgers, and exchanges, today announced the release of a new version of its desktop platform.
CQG Desktop Version 5.12 offers a multi-monitor capability to move widgets and pages out of the main CQG Desktop browser tab.
- Also, the developers have added “Today’s Settlement” column to QSS, as well as a setting to abbreviate large DOM (depth of market) numbers.
- There are enhancements to mobile mode, as slide trader and HMS widgets have been added to mobile mode.
- Order placed time is added to available columns in the Download Order Report.
- Users of the platform also get the ability to select display symbol in various views.
CQG regularly updates its platforms. The preceding version (5.11) of CQG Desktop was released less than a month ago. That version enhanced the Basis Trade widget. The team behind the platform has made GTC default order duration for the Basis Trade widget. In this widget, sorting for delivery dropdown is improved. Finally, a clear button has been added to the Basis Trade widget.
Let’s recall that in one of the previous releases, the platform added the ability to reverse a position. And, in the Order confirmation dialog, a warning for trading on first notice or last trade date was introduced.
CQG Desktop Version 5.9 introduced a new trading interface tailored for equities for more order size options by cash amount and account percentage.
