TP ICAP Group plc (LON:TCAP) today announced that Amy Yip has been appointed as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee, and Remuneration Committee with effect from today.

The company had earlier announced Amy Yip’s appointment as an Independent Non-executive Director and APAC Workforce Engagement Director of TP ICAP with effect from 1 September 2023.

Edmund Ng will stand down as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2023. This includes his roles as APAC Workforce Engagement Director and as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee, and Remuneration Committee.

Amy Yip has a career spanning more than 45 years with global players in China and South-east Asia. She was formerly a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG, Temenos Group AG, Fidelity Funds, and an Executive Director of Reserves Management at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
