Fiske plc (LON:FKE), a London-based investment manager and stockbroker, announced that, effective 23 March 2026, Tony Pattison has retired from his roles as Chairman and Executive Director.

Mr. Pattison will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Pattison was appointed as Fiske Chairman in 2023. He has had a City career spanning five decades, during which he has been actively involved at senior director level in the management of a number of investment companies including Fieldings Investment Management Limited which was acquired by Fiske in 2017. Until his retirement from the board in 2015 he was Chairman of Capital Gearing Trust plc.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and a member of the Guild of Investment Managers. He is a Freeman of the City of London and a liveryman and Court Assistant to the Worshipful Company of Needlemakers.

Martin Perrin, currently a Non-Executive Director at Fiske, has been appointed as the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman.
