Financial transaction lifecycle management solutions provider SmartStream Technologies today announced two senior appointments – Romain Rohee, Regional Head for Client Services and Delivery and Amol Deep, Delivery Engagement Director. Both hires will strengthen the APAC team in areas of solution delivery and client engagements.

Romain Rohee will lead and set direction on all product delivery, with a key focus on customer satisfaction and relationships across all stages of the client lifecycle. Prior to joining SmartStream, he was the APAC Head of Operations for ITRS Group and led their managed and professional services teams. Before this, he was at two other organisations managing process implementations and integration for Société Générale and Orsyp Group, globally.

Amol Deep will manage the APAC project management and large delivery programmes. He has over 17 years of experience in delivery management and customer engagement in the APAC region. Prior to joining SmartStream, Amol was at Xceptor, providing client end-to end engagement and professional services delivery, for the regional business programme. Before this, Amol held several senior roles at banks including, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (Singapore), Bank Julius Baer (Singapore), and JP Morgan Chase (India and USA).

Both Romain Rohee and Amol Deep will be based at the regional headquarters in Singapore, and reporting to Simon Byles, Global Head of Delivery Engagement, SmartStream.
